Port Logistic Group Limited is a Singapore- and Malaysia-based freight forwarder specialising in FCL and LCL shipments. Because we operate our own dedicated LCL containers instead of co-loading with other forwarders, you get tighter control, cleaner coordination and more reliable cargo handling.
From a single pallet on our weekly consolidation to a full breakbulk project shipment — handled by one team, on one set of documents.
Our own containers to and from East Malaysia and international destinations — not co-loaded with other forwarders.
Air freight and FCL sea freight worldwide, with competitive rates and carrier options matched to your transit and budget.
Licensed customs clearance in Malaysia and Singapore — declarations, permits, duty and tax handling, and classification support.
Short- and long-term storage, cross-docking, palletising, re-packing, order picking and onward delivery.
Out-of-gauge (OOG), RORO and breakbulk movements — including lifting studies, lashing, permits and escorted transport.
Combine any of the above into a single door-to-door service with one point of contact and one invoice.
Most forwarders sell you space inside another company's consolidation box. We don't. Port Logistic Group operates its own dedicated weekly LCL containers on the East Malaysia trade, which changes what we can promise you.
We decide what loads, when it loads and when it sails.
No waiting on a third-party master consolidator for updates.
Our own stuffing plan and lashing standards on every box.
Charges and cut-offs come from us, not passed down a chain.
Freight, clearance, storage and delivery sit with one team — so nothing falls between suppliers.
Dedicated weekly containers on the East Malaysia trade give us control that co-loaders simply do not have.
Offices in Singapore and Klang mean local handling on both sides of the Causeway and at all four gateway ports.
Declarations and permits handled in-house, so clearance timing is planned around the sailing, not after it.
From a few cartons on LCL to OOG, RORO and breakbulk project pieces — same team, same accountability.
Own storage and distribution capability for consolidation, buffer stock and last-mile scheduling.
You deal with a named person who knows your shipment — not a ticket queue.

The things customers ask us most often. Anything not covered here — just ask.
LCL stands for “Less than Container Load”. Instead of paying for a whole container, your cargo shares one with other shipments and you pay only for the space you use. It is the sensible choice whenever you have less than roughly half a container — typically a few pallets or crates — or when you ship regularly in smaller quantities rather than in one large batch.
Yes. Most forwarders buy space inside another company’s consolidation box. We load our own dedicated containers on the East Malaysia trade, which means we decide what goes in, when it is sealed and when it sails. That gives us direct control over cut-offs, stuffing and lashing rather than passing your questions down a chain of third parties.
All our export and consolidation services run ex Port Klang (PKL), Pasir Gudang (PGU), Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) and Singapore (SIN). We can arrange inland pickup to any of these gateways.
Our weekly consolidation covers Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan — including Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Tawau, Labuan, Kuching, Sibu, Bintulu and Miri. Other ports can be arranged on request; just tell us the delivery address and we will confirm.
Weekly, in both directions — to and from East Malaysia. Contact us for the current cut-off day and the next sailing for your specific route.
Yes. We are licensed customs brokers in Malaysia and Singapore, so declarations, permits, duty and tax handling and tariff classification are done in-house. Because clearance and freight sit with the same team, the paperwork is prepared around the sailing rather than after it.
Yes. We move out-of-gauge (OOG), roll-on/roll-off (RORO) and breakbulk cargo, including lifting arrangements, lashing and securing, permits and escorted transport where required. Send us the dimensions and weight of each piece and we will advise the most economical method.
As a minimum: pickup address or load port, delivery address or destination port, a description of the goods, and the total volume (CBM) and gross weight. Helpful extras are your preferred Incoterm, the ready date, the number and type of packages, and whether the cargo is hazardous or needs permits. If you are unsure, send what you have — we will ask for the rest.
Still unsure? Send us your shipment details and we will come back with a clear answer.
